Reality television personality Blac Chyna has formally accused her former partner, Twin Hector, of a sustained campaign of domestic violence, including physical and verbal abuse, in a new legal filing. The 37-year-old star, whose real name is Angela Renée White, submitted the paperwork on 30 December 2025 as a rebuttal to a separate lawsuit Hector filed against her in 2024.
Allegations of Abuse and Claims of Self-Defence
In documents reviewed by the Daily Mail, Chyna details a pattern of alleged abuse throughout their relationship, which she states lasted from 2020 until March 2023. She claims Hector, 28, engaged in "a pattern of abusive, intimidating, and threatening behaviour." One specific incident cited occurred on 28 March 2023, when an argument escalated as she prepared for a trip.
Chyna alleges Hector became "hostile and violent," choking her, spitting on her, and verbally abusing her. She states this occurred in the presence of the family nanny and, on another occasion in 2023, while her two children—son King, 13, and daughter Dream, 9—were physically nearby. Fearing for her and her children's safety, she says law enforcement was contacted and Hector was removed from her Woodland Hills residence.
Chyna asserts that any aggressive actions she took against Hector were acts of "solely self-defense" against a man who is physically larger than her. This claim is fiercely contested by Hector's legal team.
Legal Battle and Counter-Claims
Hector's attorney, Kirk Edward Schenck, dismissed Chyna's allegations as a "feeble attempt to deflect attention from her own violence." In a statement, Schenck argued, "Aggressors with no defense for their action often try to 'blame the victim.' Quite simply, we believe [Chyna] has no defense for her vicious attack on Mr. Hector while he slept."
Hector had previously initiated legal action in the autumn of 2024, filing a $10 million lawsuit in California Superior Court accusing Chyna of domestic violence, civil assault, and battery. He claims she attacked him while he slept in September 2021, inflicting injuries that required medical attention from multiple specialists.
In his filings, Hector alleges Chyna frequently drank alcohol and used drugs to excess, leading to "physically violent and verbally threatening" outbursts. He claims to have suffered a broken nose, nerve damage, whiplash, and PTSD as a result.
Ongoing Hostilities and Financial Damages
Beyond the physical allegations, Chyna's filing accuses Hector of ongoing harassment, including damaging her personal property and business inventory—such as wigs, extensions, and clothes—causing her "substantial financial loss." She also claims he has continued a "campaign pattern of harassment and intimidation" on social media.
Specifically, she states that on 15 December 2025, Hector posted "profane and derogatory statements" targeting her on Instagram, using her photograph without consent. She contends his latest album, titled I Hate You, includes statements "clearly directed" at her and may incite others. Due to these actions, Chyna requested her home address be redacted from the public filing.
Hector has denied all of Chyna's allegations, calling them "blatantly false." His lawyer stated, "Anyone who knows Mr. Hector knows he is a gentleman who has never engaged in any form of violence or aggression." The case continues, with both parties levelling serious accusations against the other in a complex legal dispute.
