A man who allegedly threw a three-year-old boy into a crocodile enclosure at a Cambridgeshire zoo has been released on bail after being assessed as not fit for interview. The child remains in hospital in a critical but stable condition.

Police were called to Johnson's of Old Hurst in Huntingdonshire yesterday following reports that a young boy had suffered serious injuries while inside the crocodile enclosure. Zoo staff quickly intervened and pulled the child to safety. The boy was subsequently rushed to hospital with critical injuries.
Arrest and Bail
