The pork belly had a bubbly crackling skin and melt-in-the-mouth texture, while the sea bass came atop a rich Great Orme lobster and parmesan risotto. The Black Cherry and Almond Cheesecake dessert was beautifully presented but a little too sweet.

Hotel residents get complimentary wellness access during specific morning (7:00 AM–9:00 AM) and evening (5:15 PM–8:00 PM) windows. Outside these hours or for non-residents, a 2-hour spa and pool slot costs £25 per guest. A fitness centre with modern equipment is also available.
