Fans can now book a stay in Maya Jama's own Cotswolds cottage, but it comes at a premium price. The Love Island presenter purchased the three-bed property in 2025 for £520,000 through her company Penny Property Holdings and has since listed it on Airbnb and Booking.com for weekend getaways in the English countryside.
Premium Pricing for a Celebrity Retreat
According to The Sun, staying between 3 and 5 September costs £980, making it more expensive than some high-end five-star hotels. Reviews of the property praise its charm, with one guest writing: "Had a great time away here. Easy to walk into village and plenty of room in the cottage to chill out as a family," and another adding: "The local produce basket was a lovely added touch!"
Some visitors noted the lack of air conditioning, but fans are provided with other amenities.
Maya's Announcement and Reaction
When Maya first bought the property, she took to social media to announce the purchase, addressing fans who thought she had left London life behind. On Instagram, she wrote: "To answer my DMs right now lol I also bought a house in the Cotswolds last year so I’ll be there sometimes." She added: "Maybe I need to do a lil catch up life update vid or something soon."
In a follow-up video, she clarified: "Writing it like that just makes you sound like a braggy f*** but I’m very proud of myself." She continued: "Council house Queen to multiple property owner. Honey, thank you!!!"
Maya, who was born and raised in Bristol and auditioned for the teen series Skins as a teenager, is best known for presenting Love Island.
