Maya Jama Buys £520K Cotswolds Cottage for Holiday Lets

Maya Jama has expanded her property empire with the purchase of a charming three-bedroom cottage in the Cotswolds, costing £520,000. The Love Island presenter, 31, acquired the property in December 2025 through her company Penny Property Holdings, which she established in September of the same year. The transaction is recorded on the land registry database for properties owned by private companies.

Property Details and Rental Plans

The cottage, located near Chipping Norton, is one of several properties in Jama’s portfolio. She previously revealed in January that she owns multiple homes, with this latest addition intended for personal use as a holiday retreat or weekend getaway. However, when she is not staying there, Jama is offering the property as a holiday rental, charging £374 per night. Guests booking two or more nights receive a locally sourced welcome basket.

The cottage has received positive reviews on booking platforms, scoring 4 out of 5 on Booking.com and an impressive 4.96 stars on Airbnb. Amenities include three bedrooms, a fireplace, an al fresco dining area, a rustic-style kitchen, free parking, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The Cotswolds has become a celebrity hotspot, with David and Victoria Beckham, Kate Moss, and Simon Cowell among those owning homes in the area.

Personal Life and Recent Updates

Jama, who has had a busy year presenting Love Island All Stars and filming Celebrity Traitors, addressed her split from footballer Ruben Dias for the first time in April after an 18-month relationship. In a social media post, she stated, "I'm an all or nothing girl... I will love loudly or not at all." She emphasized that she does not base personal life decisions on public opinion.

Following the breakup, Dias faced accusations of sending late-night follow requests to influencers while still with Jama, but he denied cheating, stating that their reasons for splitting are private. He added, "I believe Maya deserves all the respect in the world." Reports suggested Dias used a "toe-dipping" technique on social media, following and quickly unfollowing models, though no infidelity was confirmed.
