Go Ape has confirmed the return of its Sundown Adventure at Dalkeith, near Edinburgh, allowing thrill seekers to ride zip lines after dark this winter. The experience runs for a limited time from November 27 until December 30, with sessions starting at sunset, around 4:30pm.
What to expect at the event
Participants can take on tree-to-tree crossings illuminated by glowing lights, with four zip line courses available. Guests can repeat the courses as often as they like within their one-hour time slot. Children aged six and over, with a minimum height of 1.2m, are welcome to join.
Booking and pricing details
Sessions are available to book now at Go Ape, with prices set at £31.95 per person for all ages, including children. The experience is expected to fill up quickly, so early booking is advised.
Background on Go Ape
Go Ape opened its first location in Norfolk, England in 2002, founded by Caitlin and Tristram Mayhew. The company expanded to Scotland in 2007 at Aberfoyle in Queen Elizabeth Forest Park and now operates two other Scottish locations in Dalkeith and Peebles. Dalkeith is the only Scottish site offering the Sundown Adventure.
