Holiday company Eurocamp has unveiled ambitious expansion plans for the 2026 season, announcing it will open 13 brand new parks across the continent. This significant growth includes the operator's first-ever site in Belgium, broadening the choice for British families seeking a European camping holiday.
New Destinations Across the Continent
The expansion will see new parks added in classic favourites like France, Italy, and Spain, as well as in the Netherlands. Five new locations are coming to France, catering to different tastes. In the Vendée region, Le Tropicana promises waterslides and direct beach access, while Le Col d'Ibardin in Landes is a gateway to the Basque Coast.
For those seeking history and scenery, Château de l'Hom in Ardèche is set on the grounds of a medieval castle with river views. The popular Provence region gains Lou Cigalon with its heated pool, and the Riviera sees the addition of Domaine de Miremer, perched on a hillside just minutes from St. Tropez.
Sun, Sand and Theme Park Thrills
Spain's Costa Dorada, renowned for its golden sandy beaches, will host two new Eurocamp parks: Alannia Costa Dorada and Alannia Els Prats. Both are conveniently located near the massive PortAventura theme park, combining beach relaxation with family adventure.
Italy's Adriatic coast is also set for growth with two new additions. Internazionale Chioggia offers a long beach by the Venetian Lagoon, and Grande Italia boasts a private Blue Flag beach. Both serve as perfect bases for exploring Venice. Furthermore, the island of Sardinia gets two parks with direct beach access: Baia Paradiso and Bella Italia Sardinia, both nestled within the island's characteristic pine forests.
A Debut in Belgium and a Quirky Dutch Resort
In a major move, Eurocamp will launch its first park in Belgium. La Colline in the Belgian Ardennes will offer activities like hiking and cycling amidst green hills, alongside pools and play areas for children.
The Netherlands list grows with the quirky, Canadian-themed Klein Canada in Limburg. This resort is close to a national park and features both indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
The full list of 13 new Eurocamp parks available for the 2026 season is now open for bookings, marking one of the operator's largest single-year expansions to date.
