Former TOWIE star Elliott Wright has confirmed he is selling his Spanish restaurant, Olivia's La Cala, after nearly a decade in business. The 45-year-old announced the decision on Instagram, describing it as a “tough decision” made with his wife Sadie Stuart Wright.
Wright, who has five children, said the move back to the UK is driven by family priorities. “My son Elliott has been working in the City for three years, and Olivia passed her GCSEs this year and wants to follow a similar path,” he explained. The couple have been discussing the relocation for two years.
The restaurant, named after his daughter, opened in 2015 and became a hotspot for celebrities, including TOWIE co-stars Mark Wright, Jess Wright, Ferne McCann, and James Argent. Wright described Olivia's as his “passion” and “a love story”.
The sale includes the freehold beachfront property and the brand, with a starting bid of €5 million at auction through Bromley Estates Marbella. Bids must be submitted by December 5. Wright said the restaurant will continue operating through the festive season under his ownership.
