A British family has moved to Spain in search of a better life, and they say their children have never been happier. Paige Agius and her family sold their home in the UK and relocated to Alicante, where they now live in a three-bedroom house with a pool nearby.
Paige documented the move on TikTok, explaining that they wanted to give their two children the best possible upbringing. She wrote: 'We sold our house in the UK and moved to Spain for a better life in the sun. We now live in a lovely three bed on an urb in Alicante with a pool just three doors up!'
The family’s children will start school in September, and the summer was spent 'integrating and making memories'. Paige said the decision was influenced by her parents, who moved to Spain nearly ten years ago. Seeing them happy and enjoying the outdoor lifestyle inspired Paige and her partner to seek the same for their own children.
Many Britons have praised the move, with some sharing their own experiences of relocating abroad. One commenter said: 'I moved to Spain two years ago and it was the best decision I ever made.
