Revolut is experiencing an outage, with users reporting problems making payments through the banking app. More than 1,500 Revolut users had reported issues with the UK-based bank by 8.09am, according to outage-tracking website Downdetector.
User Reports and Issues
Almost 65 per cent of reports related to problems with the app, while around 20 per cent related to problems accessing funds and eight per cent involved login issues.
"Absolutely nothing on the app is working today, chat is not working, support call is not working, unable to transfer money or make a payment... In the meantime Revolut website says everything is fine," one user wrote on Downdetector.
Impact on Customers
The outage has disrupted customers' ability to make payments and access their funds, with many taking to Downdetector to log their complaints. The issues come as Revolut's website reportedly indicated that everything was functioning normally, according to one user's report.
