Our Place, the homeware brand known for its Always Pan, has launched its bestselling air fryer oven in the UK. The Wonder Oven Pro, priced at £295, arrived this week and sold out within eight days of its US debut, prompting expectations of strong demand here.
Eight cooking modes and 30-litre capacity
The Wonder Oven Pro is a multitasker in the mould of the Always Pan. Its 30-litre capacity supports eight cooking modes, including air fry, bake and roast, allowing it to handle weeknight dinners, sourdough loaves or a Sunday roast. Three rack positions enable multiple dishes to be cooked at once, while digital time and temperature controls offer precise settings across a range of 25°C to 230°C.
Our Place states the Wonder Oven Pro preheats 60% faster than a traditional oven and cooks food faster, based on average preheat times. Like the rest of the brand's range, it is made with non-toxic materials. The oven is available in three colours: blue, black and cream.
Shopper feedback on the Wonder Oven
As the Pro is new to the UK, it has no reviews yet. However, the earlier Wonder Oven model has drawn comments from shoppers. One said: "There is nothing this little oven cannot do, and it does it all while looking so cute. Everything from fresh loaves of sourdough to braising lamb."
Another added: "I'm very happy with this little oven. Makes the best toast ever with a little steam. I've made cookies and a cake, and everything went well. I like the quality and have already bought the baking set too."
A mixed review noted: "It's a good little oven. I haven't used all the features, but the heat from the bottom is so hot that it blackens most of what I put in there, while the top toasts normally. Even if I put it on the higher level (which I always do), and even if I am reheating something on a tray. I've never had this before."
One fan said: "I absolutely love my Wonder Oven! I use the reheat function all the time because it doesn't dry out the food you are reheating. It reheats foods very quickly. All the functions work great."
