Haven, Britain's biggest holiday park operator, is installing Wi-Fi routers in all 40,000 of its caravans nationwide as part of a multi-million-pound scheme to keep families connected. The company, which hosts 4 million visitors a year, has already activated the service at 27 of its 39 parks, with three more going live as it prepares to welcome 130,000 guests for half term this month. The remaining parks will follow from the beginning of next year.
Free Wi-Fi for all holidaymakers
Wi-Fi will be free for all holidaymakers, with the option to upgrade to unlimited high-speed data for the whole family. The rollout follows extended trials throughout 2024 and 2025 at sites in Wales and Devon and is the culmination of a significant multi-year partnership between Haven and Vodafone Business, the enterprise arm of VodafoneThree.
Haven Holiday Home Wi-Fi is delivered via thousands of 5G routers powered by Vodafone 5G coverage, installed in every single holiday home to ensure the best possible connectivity in the area.

Premium upgrades and booking options
Guests can purchase premium Wi-Fi at any time before or during their stay, with options ranging from 24 hours to the full length of their visit. Everything is available via the Haven app, which allows guests to book activities, order food and drink, check entertainment schedules, and access other useful holiday information. New guests and those with existing bookings can pre-purchase Holiday Home Wi-Fi via the Haven app or online at Haven.com.
