Frankie & Benny's, Las Iguanas, and Bella Italia are among those offering free kids' meals with adult purchases, while Harvester offers kids' meals for £1 and Morrisons provides free breakfast for children under 16.
Frankie & Benny's
Frankie & Benny's offers a free complete kids' meal—including a main, two sides, dessert, and drink—with every adult meal purchased. Additionally, guests receive free ice cream on a second visit, 25% off all food on a third visit, and 50% off all food until the end of October.
Bella Italia
At Bella Italia, children receive a free starter, main, dessert, and drink with an adult main purchased, available Sunday to Thursday. The chain also offers free gelato on a first visit, 25% off food on a second visit, and 50% off on a third visit until the end of October.
Banana Tree
Banana Tree provides a free kids' main, drink, and dessert with every adult main ordered. This offer is available every Sunday throughout the year at participating locations.
Las Iguanas
Las Iguanas offers a free kids' meal including a main, two sides, and dessert from the Niños menu with every adult main purchased. The deal is available seven days a week year-round via the Las Iguanas app.
Chiquito
Chiquito participates in the Kids Eat Free promotion throughout the summer holidays, offering one free children's meal per adult main at participating restaurants nationwide. Terms and conditions apply.
Harvester
Harvester allows children to eat for just £1 all summer long until September 4. With an adult main, kids can choose any main from the Kids' Menu or Breakfast Menu for £1, including unlimited salad. Dessert can be added for £2. Customers must register or log in to the Harvester account or app to claim a voucher.
Heritage Pubs
Stonegate Group's Heritage Pubs offer a free three-course Monster Meal Deal for up to two children with every full-priced adult main purchased, Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 9pm. Children also receive complimentary veg sticks and hummus. The offer is valid throughout the summer holidays.
Gordon Ramsay Restaurants
At participating Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, one child (aged 10 and under) receives a free main from the Ramsay Kids menu for every adult ordering two courses from the à la carte menu. Availability varies by location; diners are advised to call ahead.
ASK Italian
ASK Italian offers two free kids' meals from the Kids' Menu with at least one adult main ordered, available via the ASK Perks rewards app. The offer runs from July 17 to September 6 in England and Wales, and from June 29 to September 6 in Scotland.
Zizzi
Zizzi provides a free three-course Bambini meal with one adult main for Zillionaires' Club members. The offer is available daily from July 17 to September 6 in England and Wales, with varying dates in Scotland, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland.
Bill's
Bill's offers two free kids' meals from the Kids' Menu when an adult orders any main (breakfast, lunch, or dinner). The promotion runs from June 25 to September 1, excluding weekends. Drinks and extras are not included.
Dobbies Garden Centres
Under the Government's Great British Summer Savings scheme, children can enjoy breakfast for 88p with any adult Traditional or Full Breakfast, or a child's hot meal or Pick 'n' Mix Lunch Box for 88p with any adult main. The offer includes a free child's drink and runs from June 25 to September 1.

Brewers Fayre reduces VAT on kids' food and drink from 20% to 5% as part of the Great British Summer Savings scheme, valid until September 1.
Prezzo
Prezzo offers one free kids' meal with the purchase of an adult main course, redeemable via a code on the website or app.
Toby Carvery
Children can eat for £1 at Toby Carvery when purchased with an adult main meal or all-you-can-eat breakfast, available daily from June 29 to September 4. Vouchers can be redeemed for up to six adults and children via the Toby app.
