The White Terry's Chocolate Orange has returned to UK supermarket shelves after a four-year absence, with Co-op stores now stocking the limited-edition treat. Shoppers have spotted the product in stores, and it is available for £2 from Wednesday, August 12, with a 50p discount off its usual £2.50 price.
Fan favourite returns
The white chocolate version, which combines white chocolate with Terry's classic orange oil, was first launched in 2020 as a limited-edition variant of the iconic Terry's Chocolate Orange. It quickly became a fan favourite, with some calling it 'the best one' and people's favourite chocolate orange.
The product was discontinued in 2022, leaving fans disappointed and calling for its return. Now, in 2026, it has been spotted for sale for the first time in four years, with Co-op being the first store to stock it ahead of the festive season.
Shoppers react
Fans have taken to social media to express their excitement, with many planning to stock up on the treat. One person wrote: "I'll have 10 please." Another said: "I love white chocolate." A third commented: "Oh yes the best one. I'll have eaten about 100 by Christmas."
The white chocolate version joins the original milk chocolate Terry's Chocolate Orange, along with the dark Chocolate Orange and Chocolate Mint ball.
Co-op statement
Jacob Calvert, Confectionery Buyer at Co-op, said: "We know shoppers have been eagerly waiting for the return of Terry's White Chocolate Orange, so we are excited to be the first shop this year to sell this fan favourite treat."
He added: "If you are after that white chocolate orange fix, and not up for waiting until Christmas, shoppers can pop to Co-op stores nationwide now and get their hands on it here first." Terry's Chocolate Orange have been contacted for comment.
