Beauty Outlet, a little-known retailer in Livingston Designer Outlet, West Lothian, offers major beauty brands at up to half price, according to Daily Record beauty writer Rachel Williams. With 27 outlets nationwide, it is considered the UK's fastest growing beauty retailer.
Hidden Gem in Livingston
Located near the back entrance of the mall, the store is often stumbled upon by chance. Despite its compact size, it is well-organized into sections including a nail bar, brow bar, perfume shelves, and treatment areas. The brand's mission is to deliver the widest choice of beauty products at the most competitive prices.
Designer and High Street Brands at Discounts
The store stocks brands like Elizabeth Arden, St Moriz, W7, and Revolution, all at discounted prices not found in Boots or Superdrug. During her latest visit, Williams spotted PIXI products at 50 percent off, including the Botanical Collagen Tonic and Rose Remedy Mask (300ml) for £12 each, down from £24. The Hello Kitty collaboration Glow Tonic (125ml) was £8, reduced from £16.
Other Discounts and Perfume Dupes
Bondi Sands Self Tanning Lotion was reduced to £9.99 from £14.99. R.E.M Beauty by Ariana Grande products were priced at £4, some originally worth up to £20. The store also offers perfume dupes with a list matching scents to designer brands like Carolina Herrera Good Girl, Chanel No.5, YSL Black Opium, and Alien Mugler. Glossmetics products start at £3.99, and the W7 Quench skincare range resembles Bubble brand items.
Tools, Accessories, and Gifts
The store also sells hair brushes, scrunchies, makeup brushes, and cotton pads. Gift sets and Beauty Outlet mystery boxes are available for £10, containing products worth up to £50. Williams recommends the store for all beauty enthusiasts, regardless of age.
