A space-saving tumble dryer with a 5kg capacity is now over £40 off at Yimbly, with shoppers praising it for cutting drying time during colder months. The appliance, which usually costs £175.99, is on sale for £148.49, and applying the code AUTUMN10 at checkout reduces the price further to £133.65.
The compact dryer can fit up to 13 t-shirts, 20 towels, or one thick bed sheet, making it suitable for those with limited space. It measures 49 x 43 x 61 cm, allowing it to stand alone or stack on a washing machine to save floor space.
Features and Design
The dryer offers five versatile drying modes: Cool, Air Dry, Warm, Anti-Wrinkle, and Hot. Users can toggle between half power (Normal) for delicate silks or full power (ECO) for bulky loads. At 1000W, it delivers soft, fresh laundry in less time while saving energy, according to the product description.
The appliance includes a 60°C high-temp hygiene setting to protect delicate fabrics while ensuring professional-grade freshness. The brand claims it is 'whisper-quiet' when switched on. It also features a detachable lint filter for easy cleaning. Available in black or white, it can fit into any interior taste.
Alternative Drying Options
Other compact drying solutions are also available. At Dunelm, a £55 clothes dryer pod costs from 18p per hour to run and has a space-saving foldable design. Inside the pod, clothes are heated to accelerate drying with safety overheat protection.
Argos offers the Bush TD3CNBW vented tumble dryer, which has a 3kg capacity that handles 15 adult t-shirts per cycle. It is currently on sale for £159, down from £179.

Another customer wrote: "The dryer is compact but works extremely well. Very good for small spaces, but can fit a load in it. Happy with my purchase."
A third person commented: "Perfect for my flat, does the job and dries my clothes perfectly." Another buyer noted: "Great size for a small flat, only negative is it doesn't come with a hose that has to be bought separately, but still happy with it."
One skeptical shopper was won over, explaining: "Good compact dryer. Perfect for very small spaces. I was not hopeful due to always having a large dryer previously. It's pretty impressive for its size."
