Lovisa opens fourth Glasgow boutique at Glasgow Fort

Lovisa, the jewellery brand known for affordable fashion accessories, has opened its fourth store in Glasgow. The new boutique launched on July 29 at the Glasgow Fort shopping centre, located between Specsavers and FORTY.

Store details and expansion

The outlet offers shoppers catwalk-inspired pieces at accessible prices. This opening brings Lovisa's total in Glasgow to four, with other stores at Braehead, St Enoch, and Buchanan Galleries. Across Scotland, the brand now operates 11 stores, including locations in Aberdeen, Inverness, Stirling, Dundee, and more.

Founded 16 years ago, Lovisa aims to make fashionable jewellery affordable. Its website describes the brand as "fashion-forward," with 150 new styles delivered weekly to stores.

Brand inspiration and growth

The brand's 'trend spotting' departments draw inspiration from couture runways and street-style to create "new, must-have styles." Since opening its first store in April 2010, Lovisa has expanded to over 900 stores across 45 countries. It reached 100 stores in the UK earlier this year with an outlet in Birmingham's Bullring.

Shoppers reacted positively after Glasgow Fort announced the opening on Instagram. One Facebook user commented: "Can’t wait! Love Lovisa." Another added: "Looking forward to it xx."

Recent additions at Glasgow Fort

Lovisa joins other recent openings at Glasgow Fort, including a new store for shoe chain OFFICE—now the largest in Scotland at 5,012 sq. ft, double its previous size. The centre also announced major expansion plans in May, which if approved would add 60,000 sq. ft, including a potential bowling alley, arcade, and a larger M&S branch.
