JLab earbuds drop to under £10 with TopCashback deal

The JLab Go Air Pop True Wireless Earbuds, available at Argos for £24.99, can be bought for as little as £9.37 by new TopCashback shoppers after cashback is applied, undercutting their Prime Day sale price of £19.99 for Amazon Prime members.

Cashback deal details

New customers who sign up to TopCashback can earn £15 cashback on their first purchase, which, combined with cashback on Argos purchases, brings the effective price down to £9.37 for new Argos customers or £9.89 for existing Argos customers. The earbuds, an earlier version of the JLab Go Air Pop+ model, are recommended by 92% of shoppers and earn an average rating of 4.3 out of five stars from more than 50,000 reviews on Amazon.

The Pop+ edition offers additional features, including a longer battery life of 35 hours versus 32 hours and more sound customisation options. However, the Argos price after cashback may appeal more to budget-conscious shoppers. By comparison, the latest Apple AirPods 5 are priced from £119, and Samsung Galaxy Buds4 cost £159.

How TopCashback works

TopCashback is free to join and use; retailers pay the site a commission for referrals, which is passed on to customers as cashback. The service has an average rating of 4.6 out of five stars on Trustpilot based on more than 160,000 reviews.

To get the deal, new members sign up for an account on the TopCashback website, search for Argos and click 'Get Cashback Now', then shop and check out as usual. Cashback tracks and appears in the TopCashback account within seven working days of purchase, becoming payable after Argos pays TopCashback the commission.

Shopper reviews

The earbuds earn an average rating of 4.5 out of five stars from Argos shoppers. One review said: “I bought these to go on holiday and I was so impressed. They are comfortable to wear, they fit nicely and don't fall out, the sound is great, and the battery lasts a long time too. I would definitely buy again.”

Another shopper commented: “I bought these earbuds on short notice; I was out and had forgotten my AirPods so I was just looking for some cheap substitute to listen to my audiobooks. I now use these more than my AirPods for most things because the sound quality is so good. The noise cancellation is not the best, so I don’t really use it for calls, but it’s perfect for everything else.”

A third review praised: “They’re extremely comfortable, the sound quality is amazing, and the battery lasts ages. Connectivity is instant and they feel really durable. A fantastic purchase.” However, some reviewers noted issues with fit, with one saying the earbuds “pop out of the ears too often,” while another found the case lid “doesn't stay open when you are trying to get them in and out, but for the cheap price I'll put up with that.” Another customer wrote: “Excellent earbuds, do the job well with noise cancelling, great volume and equalising. No need to buy expensive brands when these are perfect for both music and audiobooks.”
