Eugenie Bouchard, the tennis star turned BBC pundit, drew a flood of compliments on social media after sharing photos of herself in a snakeskin dress during a trip to Las Vegas for the pickleball tournament.
Fans Praise Bouchard's 'Spectacular' Look
The 32-year-old, who retired from tennis last year, posted a series of images on Instagram under the caption: “Vegas delivered.” In the photos, she wore an elegant brown snakeskin dress while posing in the Wynn Tower Suites, giving followers a full-length view of her outfit as she lounged on a sofa.
Fans quickly filled the comments section with admiration. One user wrote: “Stunningly Beautiful.” Another said: “Love the snake skin dress.” A third posted: “Spectacular,” while another called her a “dream girl.” Additional comments included “Absolutely stunning,” “What a beauty,” “Smoking hot,” and “Goddess.”
From Wimbledon to Pickleball
Bouchard rose to prominence after her surprise run to the Wimbledon final in 2014. This summer, she returned to the All England Club as a BBC pundit during the Grand Slam. Despite retiring from tennis, she continues to compete in the Professional Pickleball Association.
She traveled to Las Vegas aiming to win the Las Vegas Open title after finishing as runner-up last year. However, she exited in the quarter-finals of women's singles, as well as the round of 64 in mixed doubles and the round of 32 in women's doubles.
Balancing Sport and Media Career
Bouchard also shared a clip from the Encore Beach Club during her time in the city. She balances her sporting ambitions with a growing media career, having been part of ESPN's team at the US Open this year.
In 2024, Bouchard spoke to YouTuber Valeria Lipovetsky about embracing her off-court appeal: “Tennis, first of all, is a great sport for that sex appeal side. We're wearing short skirts, we're wearing tank tops. It's fun to turn on the TV and watch that.” She added that she was able to secure marketing deals and was asked to appear in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition several times, describing that path as part of who she is.
