Students collecting their A Level and GCSE results this August can enjoy free starters and desserts at several restaurant chains, including Bella Italia, Frankie & Benny's, Las Iguanas and Banana Tree. The promotions run on 13 August for A Level Results Day and 20 August for GCSE Results Day.
Bella Italia and Frankie & Benny's offers
Bella Italia is treating students and their guests to a free starter and dessert when they dine in on the big day. Students who purchase an adult main meal and show their exam results can claim the complimentary items at participating restaurants nationwide. Guests qualify too, provided they buy a main meal.
A Bella Italia spokesperson said: “Results Day is an important milestone for students across the UK, and we wanted to help make the occasion even more memorable. Whether you’re celebrating with friends or family, we’re delighted to be treating students to a free starter and dessert as they enjoy a well-earned meal with us. From our garlic and chilli King Prawns to our warm Chocolate Brownie with vanilla gelato, we hope students can celebrate their achievements with a delicious Italian-inspired feast.”
Frankie & Benny's is offering a similar deal: a free starter and dessert with the purchase of any adult main meal. The promotion runs across its UK locations on the same dates, excluding airport locations. Students and their guests can redeem the offer by showing exam results and purchasing a main meal.
Las Iguanas and Banana Tree deals
Las Iguanas is offering a free starter and dessert to students collecting their results. The Latin American restaurant group will run the promotion across its UK restaurants on 13 and 20 August. Students who purchase an adult main meal and show their exam results will receive the complimentary items, and guests qualify too.
Banana Tree is also marking Results Day by treating students and guests to a free starter and dessert. The offer is available at all Banana Tree restaurants nationwide on the specified dates. To claim it, students need to show their exam results when ordering and purchase an adult main meal. The offer excludes Duck Pancakes and is available once per visit.
A Banana Tree spokesperson said: “Results Day is a huge moment for students, and we wanted to help make the celebrations even more special. Treating students to a free starter and dessert is our way of recognising all the hard work they’ve put in and giving them another reason to celebrate together over great food. From our crispy Mekong Prawns and zesty Thai Calamari to our comforting Mango Rice Pudding, we hope students can toast their achievements with a meal that’s just as memorable as the occasion.”
To redeem the offers at all participating restaurants, students should let their server know when ordering that they would like to claim the promotion, show their exam results and purchase an adult main meal. Guests should also remind their server when they are ready to pay.
