The Enzeno Garden Furniture Cover Waterproof is now available at Amazon for £19.54, reduced from £22.99 for the model measuring 242x182x100cm. The cover features a nano PU coating and high temperature sealed waterproof adhesive tape on the stitching seams, allowing it to withstand 15,000pa water pressure and remain 100% leak-free after 1,500 hours of standing water.
Wind-resistant design and features
The cover fastens with Velcro and tightening side straps to keep it secure in windy conditions, and includes a vent to reduce condensation inside. It is also tear-resistant, protecting against damage from sudden gusts.
Shoppers have left positive reviews at Amazon. One buyer said: "Strong, waterproof and wind proof. Not too big and the straps are strong. I like that on the corners there are bag strap style hooks than can be tucked under the furniture legs. Has been really windy but this has held firm." Another added: "Ideal for covering my outdoor rattan sofa. Fits exactly, very accurate dimensions. Nice and strong as well as fully waterproof. I have a similar one covering my barbecue."
Shopper feedback on durability
A third reviewer noted: "After heavy rain and wind, it has stayed in place and everything underneath is dry. Our last lot of rattan furniture rotted after three years and we now think it is because we covered the furniture up without using a cover with a ventilation flap, this cover has a ventilation flap and will hopefully put pay to any condensation and help the new furniture to last longer."
However, one buyer expressed concerns about longevity, saying: "Cover is a good fit for our 1.8m circular table, without the chairs around, and the Velcro fastenings for the table legs are ideal to keep it in place on windy days. Nice design and looks good. We would need the 2.3m size to cover the table and chairs together. The 450D material is a lot lighter than covers I have previously used, so I do have some concerns on how long this one will last given the British weather; hence 4 stars."
Another reviewer mentioned the cover requires two people to fit, stating: "Purchased this cover for my garden set and I was pleasantly surprised with how good it is for the price. The material feels strong and durable. When placing it onto the furniture, I did have to use a friend to put on as it is quite snug in size. I didn’t want any chance of causing damage with rips and tears before I even use it properly. Recommend two people to fit. A well priced item and confident it’ll protect my outdoor furniture for a while."
