L'Oreal Paris Ambassador Cat talked about the product in an interview with Grazia magazine, saying: “It literally just removes the bags from under my eyes. I don't know how it does it, whether it's magic or voodoo or a hope and a prayer. And it's great if I've had my make-up on since six o'clock in the morning, and then I've got to go to an event in the evening, it just freshens me up.”
The eye bag treatment comes in a 10ml bottle and is said to depuff and smooth eye bags in just 15 minutes. According to the description, it can immediately reduce the appearance of under eye wrinkles, bags, puffiness, lack of firmness and crepey skin.
