Aldi will launch an Ultrasonic Cleaner on Sunday, July 19, priced at £14.99, undercutting similar models like B&Q's £83.99 Nedis Digital Cleaner by 82%, saving customers £69. The device uses high-frequency waves to create microscopic bubbles that remove dirt, grime, and grease from delicate items without harsh chemicals.
What the Ultrasonic Cleaner Can Clean
The gadget is suitable for jewellery, trinkets, watches, glasses, retainers, and more. It delivers a professional-level clean with minimal effort, according to Aldi.
Part of a Broader Cleaning Range
The Ultrasonic Cleaner is one of several budget-friendly cleaning products launching in Aldi's Middle Aisle. Other items include a Bagless Vacuum Cleaner (£34.99), Handheld Steam Cleaner (£16.99), Portable Vacuum Cleaner (£16.99), and Tile Scrubber (£5.99). The Bagless Vacuum features a large dust container and multiple attachments for carpets and hard floors. The Handheld Steam Cleaner uses steam for a chemical-free deep clean on kitchen and bathroom surfaces, cutting through grease and bacteria. The Portable Vacuum is a lightweight, cordless 'grab-and-go' solution ideal for quick clean-ups or cars. The Tile Scrubber is an affordable tool for maintaining bathroom tiles.
Why Regular Cleaning Matters
Cleaning everyday accessories like jewellery, watches, and glasses prevents bacteria build-up that can cause skin irritation, ensures optical clarity, and extends the lifespan of belongings by preventing grime accumulation that degrades materials over time.
As with all Aldi Specialbuys, these products are expected to sell out quickly, and the supermarket warns that once they're gone, they're gone.
