Robbie Williams has reportedly purchased a £30 million waterfront mansion in Miami, Florida. The property boasts seven bedrooms, an 18-car garage, a wine cellar, and a private dock. The singer is said to have spent an additional £4 million on furniture and renovations to make it a family home.
The 19,380 sq ft mansion, located in the exclusive Coral Gables area, features a resort-style pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, and a movie room. Williams, 51, his wife Ayda Field, 46, and their four children are preparing to move in. The home is about a 40-minute drive from David Beckham's Miami residence.
Williams enlisted Miami property developer Manny Angelo Varas, known as “the billionaire’s builder,” to extend the property. Planned additions include a 2,000 sq ft guest pavilion with potential for a recording studio and a floating padel court, which would be the first of its kind in a US home.
The mansion was previously owned by Real Housewives of Miami star Dr. Nicole Martin and her husband, Anthony Lopez, who bought it in 2022 and renovated it. The sale is a record for the area. The purchase follows the sale of Williams' Los Angeles mansion for £51.6 million in May last year, netting him a profit of £12.3 million.
