BON CHARGE Launches Free Wellness Series with Red Light Devices

A new guided wellness experience is available on YouTube, helping users access celebrity-style recovery routines from home for free. Wellness technology brand BON CHARGE has launched The BON CHARGE Method, a complimentary series of four immersive sessions created with celebrity trainer and movement expert Flik Swan. The videos combine breathwork, mobility, recovery and biohacking techniques using the brand's bestselling wellness devices.

Rising Demand for Recovery Technology

The launch comes as BON CHARGE's latest Wellness Tech Report found demand for recovery technology is soaring. A quarter of Brits have tried red light therapy, and more than half of 18 to 34-year-olds now use the technology. The series includes a full-body strength workout using red light therapy, calming sound bath meditations, and stretching routines.

Customer Reviews

One user of the Super Max device said: “The Super Max Red Light Therapy Device is a very nice design and well built. I've been using it for the past three weeks at five times a week. While I can't say that I see specific improvement yet, it appears to be working as advertised. The penetrating warmth of the Red Light is clearly noticeable. The NIF light seems to help reduce the discomfort in my shoulder.”

Another added: “Love the convenience of having this at home vs going to the wellness place. Set up has been easy and so far, I’m extremely satisfied with the Super Max RLT device. I’m sleeping better and the pain seems to have improved.”

A third reviewer noted: “I would have rated it 5 stars had the unit been delivered on a stand instead of a pulley system. The unit itself is helping my inflammation and my skin seems to show positive effects. I have been using it for less than four weeks.”

One blanket user commented: “It would help if there are more instructions given on how to use and maximise the benefits.” Overall, most customers were pleased, with one stating: “As good as it gets! I‘m more than happy with the Super Max, thank you!”
