Estate Maintenance and Requirements
The Estate Maintenance Operative position requires a range of skills including basic plumbing, carpentry, general repairs, drainage, ground works, fencing, and estate infrastructure. The successful candidate must also be comfortable with machinery and equipment maintenance and supporting the rural and sporting estate. Experience with plant machinery, farming, sporting estates, stalking, deer management, or game birds would be ideal.
The selected pair must be happy to live and work together in a remote rural environment. A full UK driver's license is required, and candidates must be able to reliably commute to Argyll and Bute each day.
