McDonald's has announced a limited-time Valentine's Day promotion offering free McNugget caviar kits, partnering with Paramount Caviar to provide the luxury upgrade. The kits are available from 11 a.m. ET on 10 February via McNuggetCaviar.com.
Each kit includes a one-ounce tin of Baerii sturgeon caviar, crème fraîche, a $25 gift card for McNuggets, and a mother-of-pearl spoon. The fast-food chain said the idea came from customers who have long paired chicken nuggets with caviar, a trend that has gone viral thanks to celebrities like Rihanna.
McDonald's spokesperson stated: 'Our fans want to enjoy elevated experiences without the price tag, so we want to treat you to something special — completely on us.' The promotion follows the revival of the nostalgic Changeables Happy Meal toys and the launch of a new hot honey sauce.
