Mohamed Salah's next move remains uncertain, but Major League Soccer clubs appear to be leading the race. Sporting Kansas City, in particular, has been mentioned as a potential destination. During a press conference this week, the club's president of soccer operations, David Lee, did not dismiss the idea when asked about signing Salah.
Lee said: "I'm not going to share anything on individual players, whether those players are under contract or not. I'm not going to get into the habit of talking about individual players. We are interested in really good players. So anyone we think can be a fit for us and is going to fit what we would like to do, we have an interest in and would like to have a conversation with."

The wing-back was handed his debut by Jurgen Klopp in 2020, replacing the injured James Milner during an FA Cup victory over Everton. Larouci subsequently returned to France with Troyes and had temporary spells at Sheffield United, Watford, and Greek club Kifisia across recent campaigns.
