Denise van Outen, 52, appeared in skimpy shorts and fishnets ahead of her appearance with her former Big Breakfast co-host Johnny Vaughan, looking barely older than in her Channel 4 days.

The pair, whose chemistry on weekday mornings left viewers enthralled, appeared at House V Indie in Cheltenham on Saturday night (October 24). Taking to her Instagram story, Denise also posed in a beige faux-fur jacket and black leather boots.

Confidence in her 50s

Denise recently revealed she "feels sexier" than ever in her 50s, which is probably why she has oozed so much confidence lately. Her latest look came just days after she sizzled in a risque BDSM-style dress, which she teased in photos from her hotel bedroom.

Promoting Denise and Johnny's show, hosts Dunkerton's Organic Cider said: "Denise on Team House. Johnny on Team Indie. One dancefloor, two DJs going head-to-head with club classics versus the guitar anthems you'll be screaming every word to. Choose your side."

Sunday Service return

The pair returned to the stage the following morning for 'Sunday Service', with Dunkerton's adding: "The duo who turned breakfast telly into a party are back together, live. Expect behind-the-scenes stories, plenty of laughs, a 90s Pop Quiz with exclusive prizes, and a DJ set from Denise to finish."

The post garnered more than 1,300 likes, with many gushing about how great Denise looks. One fan commented: "Wow that photo is so good." Another shared a string of fire emojis alongside the comment: "Stop it Denise." A third wrote: "Gorgeous." And a fourth added: "Very nice."

Age is just a number

Denise says she feels sexier in her 50s than she did in her 20s, and she is inspiring others to keep wearing bikinis in their 50s. "When I was younger, I'd have thought by the time I'm in my fifties I wouldn't wear a bikini any more, and would opt for a one-piece," she told the Sun.

"But actually, I love seeing women in mid-life rocking bikinis - because why shouldn't we? I'm 52 and when I put my bikini on I feel really good. I'm surprised because I always thought that as I got older, I'd want to cover up more, but actually I've grown in confidence... We care less what people think, and just want to look and feel good."
