Within the 'onboard service and conduct' section, the airline notes: "To make our service as efficient as possible, we only accept card payments." This policy applies to all purchases made during the flight, including food, drinks, and duty-free items.

Jet2 has also introduced updates to contactless payment methods, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. However, the airline advises passengers to bring their physical card as a backup for chip and PIN transactions when needed. This ensures that orders can be placed promptly without any hold-ups.
