Naval Light can secure his third win from four starts in the Betfred 'The Classic Bookmaker' Handicap (3.00) at Epsom on Monday, according to Newsboy's tips. The Wathnan Racing-owned gelding did not get off the mark until his seventh start but has been well placed by trainer Karl Burke to get his career rolling with wins at Pontefract and Catterick.

Last time out in a competitive 7f handicap during Glorious Goodwood, Naval Light posted another solid effort to finish under four lengths behind Ghost Mode. Monday's race is a level below that contest and with a low draw in four, a key advantage over the distance at Epsom, he can return to the winners' circle.
Later, Saffie Osborne can get the best out of Mao Shang Wong in the Stanley Wootton Handicap (4.05). The David O'Meara-trained four-year-old has been hindered by poor starts on his last two outings and as a result is only 1lb higher than when gaining a comfortable win at Beverley in May.

At Ripon, the unbeaten Not My Type can take her score to three out of three when she steps up in class for the Listed British Stallion Studs EBF Ripon Champion Two Yrs Old Trophy (3.05, NAP). A close relative of Group 1 winner One Master, she made a winning debut at Sandown and then made all to land a novice event at Beverley under a 7lb penalty.
She steps up to 6f for the first time against a field whose toughest opponent could be Pure Mint, whose stable has won this prize four times in the last eight years, but the William Haggas-trained filly looks up to it.
