The parent company of fashion brands including Hobbs and Phase Eight has apologised to customers after being hit by a “cybersecurity incident”.
In an email to customers, TFG London said it identified the incident on Sunday 11th October, affecting some of its IT systems. The company activated its business continuity plan, engaged external cybersecurity experts and informed relevant authorities. Its investigation is ongoing.
Orders may be delayed
Orders made on or after Sunday may be delayed, the company warned, but customers were urged not to reorder. All stores remain open as normal.
TFG London said payment processing is carried out by a third-party provider, and based on its investigation so far, there is no reason to believe payment information is at risk.
Customer information under review
The company said it will work to identify whether any sensitive customer information was impacted. If personal information is determined to have been affected, affected customers will be directly informed.
TFG London said it does not believe it is necessary for customers to change their account login information at this time. The company apologised for any inconvenience caused and said it is committed to keeping customers updated as more information becomes available.
