Meghan Markle mocked by royal fans over new jumper post

Meghan Markle faced harsh criticism from royal fans after her latest social media post promoting a new jumper collaboration. The Duchess of Sussex announced the release on her official Instagram account on Sunday, with proceeds going to organisations supporting mothers. The jumper sold out within two hours, was restocked, and has now sold out again.

Fans react to promotional photos

Prince Harry's wife shared a picture of herself wearing the jumper, appearing barefaced and looking calmly at the camera with her arms resting on her chest, one hand covering part of her mouth. Another photo showed her turning her back to the camera to display the jumper's logo: “It’s the little things.”

Some fans were unimpressed and took to social media to criticise her. One user on X said: “Another photoshoot.” Another blasted: “Megan showing us again just how much she adores herself!”

A third added: “Everything she does is calculated, choreographed and heavily rehearsed.” A fourth commented: “Everything she does is calculated, choreographed and heavily rehearsed.” A fifth wrote: “She is a fascinating study in narcissism.”

Meghan's message on the post

Meghan captioned her post: “Small acts of care can make a big difference for parents, for caregivers, for moms. This International Day of the Girl, I’m proud of the way we are showing up, including with our Archewell Philanthropies collaboration with @momsofferingmore supporting families alongside @allianceofmoms and @allianceforchildrensrights. As Moms Offering More says: “It’s the little things.” And all of those “little things” ladder up to big support. Please click the link in stories to find out more [heart emoji].”
