Christian Horner has insisted he has the full support of his wife, Geri Halliwell, after an allegation of 'inappropriate behaviour' was made against the Red Bull team principal. The 50-year-old is currently under investigation following an accusation by a colleague, which he strongly denies.
Speaking ahead of the Formula 1 season opener in Bahrain, Horner said: 'I'm confident in the process and working with the process. [I] deny absolutely any allegation that has been made against me.' He added that he has a 'very supportive family and a very supportive wife'.
Horner, who has been married to the former Spice Girl since 2015, confirmed his commitment to Red Bull, stating: 'I’m fully committed to this team, I’ve built this team... my focus is on the future.' He dismissed any suggestion his position was in doubt.
The investigation is ongoing, but Horner remains focused on the upcoming season, which begins on March 2 in Bahrain.
