Fight Erupts in Final Minutes
The explosive incident occurred with less than five minutes remaining in the game, with the Eagles holding a commanding 29-10 lead. The tension boiled over shortly after Eagles running back Saquon Barkley scored a two-point conversion for Philadelphia.
What began as pushing and shoving rapidly escalated into a full-blown fight, with punches thrown by players from both sides. Eagles guard Tyler Steen, wearing number 56, was seen swinging before being surrounded and piled upon by multiple Commanders players. The confrontation was so intense that officials reportedly had no penalty flags left to throw.

The team had already shut down starting quarterback Jayden Daniels for the season. During this game, backup Marcus Mariota was shaken up at the end of the opening drive of the second half.
