The 2025-26 NBA season officially tips off tonight with two high-profile games broadcast exclusively on NBC. The Houston Rockets will face the Oklahoma City Thunder at Paycom Center at 7:30 p.m. ET, followed by the Golden State Warriors against the Los Angeles Lakers at Crypto.com Arena at 10 p.m. ET.
Coverage across the season will be split across NBC, NBA TV, ESPN and ABC. For viewers without cable, several streaming services offer live access, including DirecTV, Sling TV, Hulu + Live TV and Fubo TV.
DirecTV starts at £49.99 for the first month and includes all major sports channels. Sling TV’s Orange package provides ESPN and NBC, while the Orange + Blue package adds ABC. NBA TV is available via Sling’s Sports Extra add-on for an additional $11 per month.
Hulu + Live TV, priced at $82.99 per month, offers NBC, ESPN and ABC along with cloud DVR. Fubo TV’s Pro Plan includes over 200 channels, including NBA TV, and offers a seven-day free trial. ESPN Unlimited costs $29.99 per month and bundles with Disney+ and Hulu for the same price for 12 months.
NBC’s NBA games can also be streamed via Peacock, which costs $10.99 per month for the ad-supported plan or $16.99 for ad-free. Prime Video offers a standalone plan at $8.99 per month or via an Amazon Prime subscription at $139.99 per year, with a 30-day free trial available.
