According to Football365, Arsenal have made contact with Haaland's camp as they assess their striker options for 2027. However, reports elsewhere have claimed the Gunners have not made an approach.
City are said to have been found guilty of 114 financial-rule breaches, with the club expected to appeal once their punishment is confirmed. A severe points deduction or relegation has been discussed, although no final sanction has been announced.
Man Utd sign Isaac Konde after Liverpool exit
Manchester United have continued to bolster their academy ranks with the signing of Isaac Konde.
The 16-year-old winger has penned an initial scholarship deal at Old Trafford after leaving rivals Liverpool, where he had played since Under-9s level and who will be due compensation.
It was reported last week that Konde had agreed pre-contract terms with United on a five-year professional deal that will become active when he turns 17.
He is the third new signing at youth level for United in the last few days, following the arrivals of midfielders Karim Cassim and David Eze from Manchester City.
