Former England cricketer Chris Tremlett has undergone a remarkable body transformation since retiring from the sport, and was spotted in the stands at The Oval during Thursday's fifth Ashes Test.
Tremlett, 41, was a key member of England's pace attack during their last Ashes triumph in Australia in 2011, where he took 17 wickets in the series and bowled Michael Beer to seal the victory in Sydney. However, persistent back and knee injuries requiring surgery cut short his international career, with his last England appearance coming in 2013 against Australia.
Since retiring from all cricket in 2015 at age 34, Tremlett has dedicated himself to fitness and bodybuilding. Standing at 6ft 7in, he has piled on significant muscle, regularly showcasing his new physique on social media. His transformation is so dramatic that he now resembles a career bodybuilder rather than a former cricketer.
Tremlett was seen at the Test chatting to TV presenter Gregg Wallace and sitting near Stephen Fry. England need to win the match to avoid a series defeat, though Australia have already retained the Ashes with a 2-1 lead.
