Jake Paul revealed the plans in an interview, stating that he has offered to fight in Manchester on February 18 in partnership with Frank and George Warren. However, the date has since been pushed back to summer, with both parties agreeing to a UK venue for Fury's homecoming.
The American social media star had previously offered Fury a $2.5 million (£2.07m) deal, which Fury's camp confirmed was accurate. Paul emphasised that Fury would not see such money elsewhere, accusing him of still being 'on the run' despite the generous offer.
Paul's recent signing with the Professional Fighters League for an MMA debut in 2023 has raised questions about how this might affect negotiations, but the boxing match remains a priority. The fight is expected to be one of the biggest events of the summer, with Fury eager to prove himself on home soil.
