Trump Frustrated With Pam Bondi's Performance, Report Claims

President Donald Trump is reportedly growing frustrated with Attorney General Pam Bondi, whom he considers weak and ineffective in executing his agenda, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal. Administration sources told the paper that Trump's dissatisfaction has become more frequent as he pressures the Justice Department to be more aggressive in pursuing his priorities.

Trump has allegedly discussed with allies the possibility of appointing special counsels at the Justice Department to speed up progress on his goals. Previous complaints include a Truth Social post, believed to be mistakenly public, expressing frustration that Bondi had not prosecuted former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James, both of whom investigated Trump in the past.

The president is also reportedly upset about how the FBI handled the release of the Epstein files, with White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles telling Vanity Fair that Bondi “whiffed” on the matter. Trump agreed with that assessment, sources said, and has directly confronted Bondi about his concerns.

Despite the reported tensions, Trump told the Wall Street Journal: “Pam is doing an excellent job. She has been my friend for many years. Tremendous progress is being made against radical left lunatics.” A spokesperson for Bondi said she remains focused on achieving Trump's goal of making America safe again.
