Dee Devlin Stands by McGregor After Beach Kiss Photos

Dee Devlin, the long-time partner of UFC star Conor McGregor, publicly stood by him after photographs surfaced showing the fighter kissing an unidentified woman on a Fort Lauderdale beach in July 2024. The images, which circulated widely, depicted McGregor with his hand on the woman's thigh, his arm around her shoulder, and appearing to kiss her on the lips.

Devlin's Social Media Response

Rather than addressing the photos directly, Devlin took to Instagram to mark McGregor's 37th birthday. She reshared a fan page message that read: "Happy Birthday to the person who always keeps Dee entertained and makes her smile." The tribute included a compilation of clips showing the couple in happier times. The pair have been together for over 15 years after meeting in a nightclub as teenagers, got engaged in 2020, married last year, and share four children: sons Conor Jr, Rian, Mack, and daughter Croia.

Previous Challenges

The relationship has weathered significant storms, most notably McGregor's civil rape case. In November 2024, a High Court civil jury found him civilly liable for assaulting Nikita Hand, awarding her €248,603.60 in damages. McGregor insisted the encounter at the Beacon Hotel in Dublin was consensual. He appealed the verdict but ultimately lost. Devlin voiced strong support at the time, stating on social media: "My man and I have created a beautiful life together. I love him I trust him and I BELIEVE HIM! Our four beautiful children whose smiling faces and happy hearts are testimony to the man he is and who we are! No one is entitled to comment on our relationship - we trust one another and love one another. Nothing or nobody will change that. Our family stands strong!"

McGregor's UFC Return

McGregor has not fought in the UFC for five years, with his last bout being a second consecutive loss to Dustin Poirier in July 2021 where he broke his leg. He was scheduled to return in 2024 against Michael Chandler but withdrew due to a broken toe. His last win came six years ago, a 40-second knockout of Donald Cerrone. Despite skepticism, McGregor is set to end his hiatus this evening against Max Holloway in a welterweight bout, 13 years after their first fight.
