The mother of Baywatch star Noah Beck has been permitted to return to her teaching position following a suspension triggered by a resurfaced video that appeared to simulate a sexual act with her son. During the clip, Noah repeatedly pushes his mother's head toward his groin. The footage resurfaced after his sister, Haley Beck, 27, also a teacher in the same district, was accused of sexual misconduct with a teenage boy.
School District Decision
In a statement released on Friday, the Peoria Unified School District confirmed that Amy Beck would return to the classroom. 'The school and district have addressed concerns regarding videos that were published in 2020, appropriate measures have been taken, and Mrs. Beck will transition back into the classroom on Monday, May 4,' the district said.
Haley Beck's Case
While Amy Beck is reinstated, her daughter Haley was terminated from Centennial High School. The Peoria Police Department announced on Friday that it is investigating new allegations involving a second student. Haley has not been criminally charged and denies the accusations through her lawyer, Matthew Long, who stated, 'We are confident that a complete review of the facts will confirm her innocence.'
Earlier this month, police submitted charges to the Maricopa County Attorney's Office against Haley Beck and another former teacher, Angela Burlaka, 47, for alleged sexual misconduct with the same teenage boy. The charges include pandering, a class 5 felony punishable by up to 2.5 years in prison and fines of up to $150,000.

According to a police report, Haley Beck allegedly began grooming the student in December 2024, buying him gifts, food, drugs, alcohol, and paying him over $600. She also gave him access to her car and improved his grades. The student's mother reportedly knew about the relationship but did not cooperate with the investigation, fearing impact on athletic scholarships. Burlaka allegedly recorded naked videos of herself for the student.
