Epstein Emails Reveal Dinner Arrangement Between Duke of York and Russian Woman

Freshly released documents from the US Department of Justice have unveiled an email exchange that appears to show disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein arranging a dinner between Prince Andrew and a young Russian woman in 2010. The correspondence forms part of more than three million documents relating to Epstein that were made public on Friday, shedding new light on the controversial relationships within the paedophile's inner circle.

The 2010 Dinner Invitation

The August 2010 email exchange between Epstein and an account labelled "The Duke", which signed off with "HRH The Duke of York KG", reveals Epstein's direct involvement in facilitating social connections for the royal. Epstein initiated the correspondence by writing: "I have a friend who I think you might enjoy having dinner with."

In response, "The Duke" replied: "Of course. I am in Geneva until the morning of 22nd but would be delighted to see her. Will she be bringing a message from you? Please give her my contact details to get in touch." The response was signed simply "A."

Following a redacted email, "The Duke" sought further information, asking: "Great. Any other information you might know about her that might be useful to know? Like what have you told her about me and have you given her my email as well?"

Epstein's revealing response described the woman as "she 26, russian, clevere beautiful, trustworthy and yes she has your email." This exchange occurred two years after Epstein had pleaded guilty to soliciting a minor for prostitution, adding significant context to the timing of these communications.

Further Revelations About Royal Connections

The documents contain numerous other exchanges that suggest a close relationship between Prince Andrew and Epstein's associate Ghislaine Maxwell. In one particularly revealing email from August 2002, an account named "The Invisible Man" - believed to be Prince Andrew based on contextual clues - discusses changing plans to visit "the Island" where "5 stunning red heads" would be present.

The email, signed "A", states: "As the planning is getting more difficult over the bank holiday weekend here I am thinking now I might join Sarah and the kids in Sotogrande for a few days which would be very important and a good thing for the girls, rather than trek across the pond."

Maxwell's response, dated August 24 2002, shows understanding: "Andrew sweet heart – I fully understand if you want to spend time w/Sarah and the kids. I will not be remotely offended – sad not to spend time w/you and sad not to see you but at this point w/precious holidays and few days off I agree that this idea of coming to the Island looks less appealing."

In a follow-up email after The Invisible Man confirmed he would not be visiting, Maxwell wrote: "No problem, (redacted), who is now coming and 5 other stunning red heads will all just have to play with ourselves."

Pattern of Intimate Correspondence

The released documents reveal a pattern of intimate and sometimes bizarre correspondence between Maxwell and The Invisible Man. In one email from March 2003, The Invisible Man writes about feeling isolated and frustrated, to which Maxwell replies calling him her "best friend".

Another email shows The Invisible Man asking a redacted account if they are having more children, labelling them "super sperm". The message reads: "Sorry – I am in LA on my way to Hawaii. Is it true you are having more children? I shall have to refer to you as super sperm!"

Perhaps most strangely, one email from Maxwell to The Invisible Man contains a peculiar story set in 2032 about a father explaining the Twin Towers to his son, concluding with the son asking: "And what are the Arabs?" The context and purpose of this exchange remains unclear from the released documents.

Broader Context and Consequences

These revelations come as part of the ongoing "Epstein files" disclosures that began in December, which included an email sent from Balmoral signed "A" that asked Maxwell for "inappropriate friends". The documents provide further evidence of the close relationship between Prince Andrew and Epstein's circle during a period when Epstein was already a convicted sex offender.

Prince Andrew has consistently denied allegations that he sexually assaulted Virginia Giuffre when she was a teenager trafficked by Epstein, despite paying millions to settle a civil sexual assault claim in 2022. The royal stepped down from public duties in 2019 following his controversial BBC Newsnight interview, but the continued release of documents has maintained scrutiny on his associations.

The mounting evidence ultimately led to King Charles officially stripping his brother of both his HRH style and his prince title, marking a significant fall from grace for the once-senior royal. Epstein himself was found dead in his Manhattan jail cell in August 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges, with authorities ruling his death a suicide.

These latest document releases add substantial weight to questions about the nature of relationships between wealthy, powerful individuals and convicted sex offenders, while providing disturbing insight into the social networks that facilitated Epstein's activities.
