Adam Thomas Says David Haye Faked Mental Health Check on I'm A Celebrity
Adam Thomas Claims David Haye Manipulated Him on I'm A Celebrity

Adam Thomas has spoken out for the first time about his time in the I'm A Celebrity jungle, following his win last Friday when the final descended into chaos. The Emmerdale star won the All Stars finale, but it was marred by 'attacks' on him by Jimmy Bullard and David Haye. Many have accused David of 'bullying' Adam during his time in the jungle, and the digs continued throughout the live final.

Adam's Emotional Revelations

Speaking on his family podcast with brothers Ryan and Scott, Adam said: "The last thing I ever want to do is play the victim. I just wanted it to all go away. I didn't talk about it to anyone. When I had the conversation with David and he was goading me about fainting, that's when I finally had the courage to say listen, shut up now, enough is enough."

He continued: "He went into the Bush Telegraph and came out of there and he sat me down and said he worried about my mental health. [He said] 'They've told me to stop now, have you been crying in there about me?'"

Adam realised the manipulation when he discovered that producers had never told David to check on his mental health. "I asked David when I got out and he was like, 'yeah I made it all up,'" Adam revealed. "I was like wow - you really f***ing manipulated the s**t about me. He got in my head like you wouldn't believe. Not everyone sees the little comments he makes. He mindf***ed me. It's a gift he has."

Emotional Breakdown

Adam became emotional as he said: "This energy I have - this gift, this light I have - and for him to take that away from me. Why would you wanna do that to another human being? For me to go through all that and then him say he wanted to break me."

Despite the hurt, Adam said: "I still forgive him. I still forgive him. Now I've come out and everyone's saying it didn't happen, you caused it, it was just banter - that's the worst bit for me. Trying to play the nice guy. This is the truth."

Aftermath of the Final

David and Jimmy were 'kicked out' of the final, which they alleged was for 'telling the truth'. Jimmy is reportedly considering suing ITV over the show, whilst David is also said to be considering legal action.
