US President Donald Trump 'smells like urine' and will likely die soon, a medical expert has claimed. Adam James, a physical therapist with years of experience treating elderly patients, said the 80-year-old president is 'not going to be around much longer.'
Medical Expert's Diagnosis
James believes Trump has congestive heart failure (CHF), meaning his heart is not effectively clearing fluid from the body, and chronic kidney failure. To manage these conditions, Trump is likely on IV diuretics, which pull fluid from the body by increasing urination. James told his millions of social media followers: 'I have just received a DM from a source who confirmed for me that the President consistently smells like urine because of his urinary incontinence. This is on top of his bowel incontinence that he's been famous for, for years. The source also states that the President is receiving daily IV medications.'
Evidence of Treatment
James cited Trump's frequently bruised hands as evidence of IV treatments. 'If he was going to have daily IV medications, it would most likely be IV diuretics to get the fluid off of his body. Daily IV diuretics probably along with fluids to stop him getting dehydrated. Diuretics pull fluids off your body by acting on your kidneys and making you pee a lot more. This would explain why he is peeing all the time on himself and smells like pee.'
Prognosis
James added: 'This treatment plan is only designed to keep him alive. It is not actually going to make anything better. He's not going to be around much longer because he is running out of options to manage his congestive heart failure and chronic kidney disease.'
Awkward World Cup Ceremony
The health claims follow Trump's 'really awkward' appearance at the World Cup final, where he handed out medals to Spanish and Argentine players. Body language expert Darren Stanton told OLBG: 'It's another example of Donald Trump trying to be number one, thinking he's the centre of attention, that everyone's there just for him. And he just doesn't take the hint, so obviously he was in the center of shot.'
