Marks & Spencer has issued an urgent recall on its M&S Food Truffle Gouda cheese due to the presence of Listeria monocytogenes, a bacteria that can cause serious illness. The recall notice has been published on the retailer's website and the Food Standards Agency (FSA) portal.

The affected product is the M&S Food Truffle Gouda, with a pack size of 150g and product code 29424887. Only items with a use-by date of October 9, 2026 are impacted. Those over 65, pregnant women, unborn babies, infants under one month, and individuals with weakened immune systems are at higher risk.
