Robbie Williams Admits On-Stage Farting & Blames Weight Loss Jabs For Failing Eyesight
Robbie Williams on stage farting and eye sight fears

Pop icon Robbie Williams has made a series of startling confessions, revealing both an embarrassing on-stage habit and serious concerns about his deteriorating eyesight, which he attributes to weight loss medication.

The On-Stage Confession

The 51-year-old singer, who first found fame with Take That from 1990 to 1995 before launching his massively successful solo career in 1996, has admitted to regularly breaking wind during performances in front of thousands of fans.

In a candid interview with The Sun, the Angels hitmaker described public flatulence as "one of life's greatest pleasures" for about five seconds, despite acknowledging most celebrities would prefer to keep such acts hidden.

"I have done public farts and I do quite a few on stage," Williams revealed, painting a vivid picture of mid-performance disruptions. "You'll be up there singing a ballad and everybody's having this moment and you're like... Then all of a sudden you'll think, 'One of the dancers is going to walk through that.'"

Vision Crisis Blamed on Weight Loss Treatment

In a more serious health revelation, the star expressed fears that Mounjaro weight loss injections are negatively affecting his eyesight, potentially even "making him blind."

Williams explained that his vision has become increasingly blurry in recent months, admitting the problem now affects him during live performances. The deterioration has become so severe that he struggles to see people's faces during emotional moments in his shows.

"I was quite an early adapter of the jabs but what I'm also noticing is that my eyesight's not very good," Williams stated. "It's been blurry for a while now, and it's only getting worse. I don't believe it's age; I believe it's the jabs."

The problem first became apparent when he attended an American football game and couldn't distinguish individual players, describing them as "just shapes on the field." He has since visited an optician and been prescribed new glasses.

Performance Impact and Health Warnings

The vision issues have created particular challenges during Williams' live performances. During his traditional serenading of a fan while performing She's The One, the star admitted he can barely see the person he's performing to.

"Basically, I was looking in the direction of these women looking up at me, having this experience that's quite obviously incredible to them, and little do they know I can't see them," he confessed.

Despite these concerns, Williams has spoken openly about how the jab has provided relief from long-standing mental health struggles, describing the easing of "constant mental anguish" as transformative. He has also overhauled his lifestyle, incorporating daily workouts, stretching routines and strength training.

The singer's comments follow a US study highlighting a potential link between Semaglutide-based drugs and a rare optic nerve condition that can lead to blindness. Although scientists remain divided over the significance of the risk, hundreds of reports have been logged in the UK referencing vision problems.

Williams previously revealed he had gone from weighing 13st 13lb down to 12st 1lb while using the appetite suppressant, which he described as "like a Christmas miracle." He has been vocal about his struggles with body image, stating that being bigger was "shockingly catastrophic" to his mental health.

The star now wants to alert others to possible side effects and encourages people to "research properly" before starting similar injections.
