Allegations of urine smell and heart failure
Physical therapist Adam James has alleged that US President Donald Trump "consistently smells like urine" and is "not going to be around much longer." James believes Trump has congestive heart failure and chronic kidney failure, likely requiring IV diuretics. He claims a source confirmed the President's urinary incontinence, adding to long-standing rumours of bowel incontinence.
Past bizarre health fears
In 2023, former Republican lawmaker Adam Kinzinger claimed Trump smelled like "armpits, ketchup, a butt and makeup." A Trump spokesperson responded: "Adam Kinzinger farted on live TV and is an unemployed fraud."
Sauerkraut diet in the White House
Wall Street Journal's Liz Essley Whyte reported that Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, and Vice President JD Vance are on a steak-and-sauerkraut diet. Whyte noted limited studies on weight loss but acknowledged fermented foods' digestive benefits.
Nappy allegations
During a 60 Minutes interview, a bulge under Trump's trousers sparked claims he wore an adult diaper. Singer Bill Madden posted on X that Trump appeared "morbidly obese" and wore a "very thick adult diaper." Former Celebrity Apprentice staffer Noel Casler alleged in 2020 that Trump "would often soil himself on The Apprentice set" and had worn diapers since the 1990s. White House spokesperson Steven Cheung dismissed the rumour as "not true."
Brain shrinkage fears
In February 2025, Adam James claimed Trump's brain is shrinking, citing a Davos speech where Trump muddled Greenland and Iceland. James suggested frontotemporal dementia, with life expectancy of seven to 12 years after diagnosis, and said the administration has pivoted to CT scans to hide MRI results.
