The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has issued a series of urgent food recalls affecting major UK supermarkets including Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose, and M&S. The recalls involve ready-to-eat fruit products potentially contaminated with Salmonella, as well as other items containing undeclared allergens or foreign objects.
