Kenyon Hall Farm in Croft, Warrington, has finally opened its sunflower trail after a three-year wait, but visitors have less than 14 days to see it. The trail, located just off Winwick Lane, offers a sea of sunflowers with photo opportunities, a farm shop, and a café. Tickets are staggered and sell out quickly, with adult tickets at £5.95, child tickets at £2.05, and free entry for under 18 months.
A Family Favorite in the North West
Run by Tod and Barbara Bulmer with their sons Simon and James, the farm has welcomed families for decades. It offers seasonal activities like pumpkin picking in autumn, strawberry farming in summer, and even a disco maize maze. The sunflower trail is tucked at the back of the farm, past the café, tents, and strawberry fields, and is easy to follow through towering stems.
Visitors can enjoy photo stops including butterfly wings, picnic tables, a heart-shaped crop circle, and a vantage point. A classic telephone box is a favorite spot. While picking sunflowers on the trail is not allowed, there is a separate patch where you can collect a bunch for £1.99 each.

The trail takes about 20 minutes to walk leisurely, and many visitors spend around an hour at the farm, including time in the shop and café. The café offers sandwiches, sweet treats, and warm drinks, and there is a play area for children. A visit for two, including tickets, flowers, and lunch, can cost under £20.
